Terms of Service – Metrixfy

Metrixfy is a SaaS platform for link tracking and analysis. It allows users to create short links and monitor real-time performance. We do not guarantee specific commercial results and do not interfere with or endorse the content of the links created by users.

You are responsible for your account and must maintain a secure password. Sharing access is prohibited. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: creating links to malicious content, phishing, malware, mass spam, illegal content, or any attempt to abuse the platform infrastructure. Metrixfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

We offer a free plan with limitations and several recurring paid plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer partial refunds for periods already paid.

While we strive for high availability, Metrixfy may undergo maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee absolute uptime. Features may be modified, improved, or removed to better serve our users.

Metrixfy, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of its developers. Users retain full ownership of the links they create and the data generated by their traffic.

We may suspend accounts in case of abuse or violation of these terms. We aim to provide prior notice for any service termination when possible.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when the most recent changes were made.
